Refund requests are only valid if submitted within 1 hour of making the payment.If the assigned work has not commenced, a 100% refund will be processed.If work has been assigned but not initiated, a refund of 90% of the total amount will be issued.If the project has already commenced, the refund will be based on the work completed.Refund Application Process:
To request a refund, send an email to support@lawcomplianceindia.com within the specified time frame.Clearly state the reason for the refund request.Our team will review the request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Refund Approval:
Refunds are subject to approval by our team.If the work has not started or is in the early stages, a full or partial refund may be approved.If the project is well underway, the refund amount will be determined based on the completed work.
Service Dissatisfaction:
If you are dissatisfied with our services after initiation, we will strive to address your concerns and improve the quality of our services.In cases of dissatisfaction, we may offer alternative services in exchange for the refund.
Refund Processing:
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
